WHY ATTEND THE SPRINGBOARD?

Teens and undergraduates face a common crisis: the pressure to “pick and build a career” without real exposure, mentorship, or strategy. Many are confused, others are ambitious but directionless, and too many are building side hustles that distract rather than develop them.

The Springboard exists to change that in one concentrated day. This one-day career program is designed to equip CelebTeens (secondary school, pre-university & university students) with tools, knowledge, and direction as they navigate choices about careers, entrepreneurship, and personal development. The program is designed to blend inspiration, strategy, and hands-on practice, with each session crafted to meet participants at different stages of their journey.
